cudjo . . . kindly do 2 of 2 things for this attentive PGD bullboard . . .firstly . . give us your specific definition of winter in precise calendar months . . . secondly . . provide some written proof from the company e.g. a PGD Quote where they used the term Winter Program to define possible work in 2017. Please and thank you.

Silver, on nobody's side per se, but without going back and looking closely, I believe they did refer to it as the Winter Program....anyone else concur, or?

PGD can't even greenlight the project (as designed) yet from a permitting point of view because of the amendment from NWB has yet to be given the greenlight. It has been 2.5 weeks since the comments closed..but NWB has yet to give final approval on the amended water permit. Without the permit, they could still use the old lake as the airstrip...but would not be able to trench blast at CH-6
