Here is a winter program fact

"To determine if Tango is economically viable, the miner needs 100 days in winter to extract a bulk sample from the frozen wetlands."  Now go look at a calendar and ask yourself if a frozen landing strip is still frozen enough at the end of May to risk the destruction of a plane, equipment, bulk sample weighing 500 tonnes and the lives of the people in it.  The calendar is all the dd you need at this point.  Why the massive delay in announcing anything, a simple update, why the downsizing of the company and the farming out of the CEO when all this beautiful work is to be done starting in less than 21 days. There will be no winter program, they have no money, they have no partner and are shopping for brides at PDAC and shelving at IKEA

To determine if there will be a winter program or not you still have to consider the Friedlands' interests. Do they want a mine or do they want to sell the project? All the signs and information point toward a mine. The next question would be what's the advantage of shelving the project then? Why not cough up the money and increase your position at a very good price? Waiting until the very ...more

Wow, such drama! The Victor Mine is west of James Bay, in (southern) lowlands – compared to Chidliak cudjo clown. Note the bar scale in the lower right-hand of this Snapshot. Cudjo,as stated by your "farmed out CEO" the following - "In addition to the municipal access, Peregoodoff says the company will need a staging area to prepare and load supplies near the Road to Nowhere for approximately eight to 10 weeks." With a needed 3 weeks of mobilization plus a week of demobilization that leaves 4-6 weeks of site work. Translated to American for ...more

Permit amendment programme states that they intend to start on March 1st. Especially considering the two new lakes are involved. Starting work on those two lakes on February 25th makes the permit amendment approval null and void. Am I missing something on the permit details? LONG...PGD EKIM

and Debbers needs 100 days to do a bulk sample, all the work, prep, sample, sample, sample and ship, and Debeers have money.  I'll take that fact from a diamond company to the bank everyday versus a part time CEO of a broke company.  Right now, peregrine has no money and time is running out fast, read what you wrote, then drop in the dates shneps, and how do we know these people are ...more

The possibility of cancelling the winter program just adds to the risks to the downside, but going forward with it does not add to the upside. At least not on its own. Money coming from outside to do it would, big time.

What you saying Mill is that cancelling the winter program...doesn't make the actual carats and stones in the ground disappear? Stones have existed for 2 billion years and found there current place around 150 million years ago. Are you sure the stones will be there in 1 year, 2 years or 4 years? Based on some people here..you have to wonder if they actually will erode and disappear over ...more

The question is if PGD shareholders will benefit at all from those stones, Ekim. If you only invest in Chidliak to show that you own some diamonds in the ground, then mission accomplished. If you want to make money, then you need the market to see that those stones are coming up and who is paying for that.

If the Friedlands are serious about a mine, why would they cancel the program? Even if there is no JV/sale, there is no way that they did not count on the possibility that they might have to pay for the majority of the work. And if they cancel the program, how will it matter to PGD holders that the diamonds are not disappearing?
