I use the ignore filter.  One must sign in for it to work but it really does cut the clutter.

It's simple to me, if you don't like a poster for whatever reason, put them on ignore, done deal. If you have a favorite TV show that for whatever reason changes course and you hate it, then you have an option, not to watch, or watch and get upset and complain...what would you choose to do?
