I doubt Washington has much interest in PGD. They are interested in Dominion because they can 1> reclaim that legacy mine quicker and cheaper than anyone else 2> They COULD expand (if warranted) better than anyone else 3> They currently have a surplus of equipment in Western Canada 4> They see an undervalued stock that they can milk come cash out of These factors don't play with

Based on what I have read..they could easily fit nicely into a mine construction project...not just a mine operation. It is all about money at the end of the day and they apparently see some synergies at DDC with some of their own existing businesses. LONG...PGD EKIM
