NAR announces $5 million PP

As part of the private placement, Electrum Strategic Opportunities Fund L.P. (aka Tom Kaplan) and Ross Beaty (collectively, the "Purchasers") have each agreed to make an investment of $2,000,000, together $4,000,000, towards the private placement. Upon closing of the private placement, each of the Purchasers will own 19.01% of North Arrow’s outstanding shares on a partially diluted basis assuming the exercise of all Warrants acquired by such Purchaser.

The discussions are nearing the end, if they did not end already. We should hear something soon. Now the question is if they are the same from last year or new, just to finance the fresh idea. That would not be too good because we would be back here very soon, with absolutely no progress for us. But the stock is ripe for something. I'm not a technical guy when it comes to the intimate details of diamonds exploration but I know enuff to understand the basics, so for me to comment on that part would be trying to BS my way thru it and I'm not going to even try. All I can garner from recent events is that this play is not exactly the home run some have expounded on this board which leads one to believe all is not as rosy
