Rick Ruel or Rick Shmule?

Rick Ruel is one of the smartest JR investors of all time.He is getting his shares at a 25% discount to buyers of PGD today. Its not wise to bet against Rick and pay a 25% premium to his entery price. If you want to out smart Rick buy only below his 10 cent price.Thats what I will to do if it breaks 10 cents.

I was looking for info available on Rule's commitment. For now all I found is what's in the news release. He, together with the Friedlands, is backstopping the rights offering. Does he own any shares as of now? Is he buying any shares or just whatever rights he can get? Is he committed to buying a certain percentage of PGD, in combination of rights and shares? All information that would ...more

Sometimes when you stay on the sidelines and just watch these forums, it's an amazing eye opener, but my wonderment revolves around the lack of contribution here by Ekim, Mike, MadDog on SI, where he is only posting now. Where is Waldo?

also have to consider the percentage of the float that is owned here, cant participate.  The problem with retail is they typically learn too late.  The back stop is an interesting twist this go around
