So Kaiser shares my view about management. It is an interesting interview that, even though is just one man's opinion, clearly describes what the market thinks about Pgd. You won't see much discussion about the podcast here, though. Since it would be hard to refute, it will be ignored.

JK was wrong about the 100% fulfiment of Eric a couple years back on a rights offering..because he was confused with the fully diluted and outstanding shares in conjunction with Eric's stock options. Now he is wrong about the information circular. The AGM date was announced a while ago. The record date of shareholder is Feb 16th (end of Friday). Then they will send

Things like this should not happen. Not if the company did their job and communicated with the public. You should not be as involved as Ekim is to be aware of major events. I wanted to verify the date, but a Google search got nothing. A look at the company's website got me the same result. Why is it that the only press they have is bad press? Kaiser is right about that, Friedland should be out

My one caveat about Eric Friedland is that okay maybe he has gotten $1-mil in salary so far....but he ownes +17% of the company and has participated in every rights offering....sooooooo at the very least he has put $7mil of his own money into it. If his diabolical end game is to salary his way back to even hes got a long time to go....

This is a publicly traded company. Just because he owns a bigger percentage of shares than most does not mean that he is entitled to a rebate or an income. And the problem is not what he makes, but rather what he does to earn that money. If it comes down to participation in rights offerings, a few of us here should be paid a salary too. They can even prorate it based on the number of shares owned,
