Anyone who is not lying to themselves or others must see by now that PGD shareholders have one option only, outside cash infusion. If you cannot get a JV partner, just sell 10-15% of the project at a reasonable price for the shareholders (25c or over). If we have to suffer dillution, at least get something out of it, like better SP.
