That is the approval rating for a fair transaction value as was passed this morning for the Orion - Dalradian takeover.

A total of 276,077,867 Dalradian Shares were cast, representing 77.66% of the total issued and outstanding Dalradian Shares. Of those votes cast, 272,719,552 Dalradian Shares, representing 98.78%, were voted in favour of the Transaction.
