This is enough of diamonds for me, and Friedlands, IMO, this was thier swan song in juniors, and it won't help reputations, not that it matters.
This was a good board, I will miss it, and many of the poster here
Real estate is the only investments I have now, cheers, good luck, and for an old timer who I got to know here and on an older board, many happy returns, rest in peace Gerry, its a good thing you weren't around to see this train wreck.

MPV next and then SWY as dabums are looking to the long, not near future. Its a no brainer.
