7,187,500 more shares to be free trading by Feb. 11th
If Phivida's share price stays above $1 until January 22nd then the IPO warrants will be accelerated to expire by February 11th (20 days notice). This means that 7,187,500 new shares, which will be purchased for 75 cents, will enter the float. You will see many of the big holders exercise their warrants and then sell them in the market to take their profits and push the stock price back down so that they can all stock up again as low as possible. Just be prepared for this and don't blindly listen to the pumpers here.

If this is how you do all of your analysis then I am worried for you. You think that P/B ratios remain constant in one of the most volatile industries that exists right now? Scary.

I was off by a couple of days. They will be free trading on the 13th/14th and could flood the market if holders decide to sell and take their quick, easy profits. We will see.

Instantly 5-starring all of your posts before they even have 1 "read" doesn't fool anybody lol. I was just pointing out the deadline. Many of them have already been exercised and are flooding the market as we speak, which is why the share price is falling.

Phivida's share price has fallen by more than 35% since I posted this. This was a predictable drop with a clear reason for why it happened. It doesn't mean that Phivida is a bad investment (I actually think it will be a great one). It means that you should trust posters who actually provide insight that benefits readers, so that they can make/save money.
