Broker 79 can't keep this down

Just want to point out that the MAJORITY of sell orders are from ONE guy using broker 79.  It appears this guy has been trying to short this thing for the last couple sessions.  Today he's got sell orders at $1.60, $1.62, $1.63, $1.64, $1.76, $1.77, $1.78, $1.79.  It's a classic technique in shorting to make it appear like lots of people are selling.  It can keep the price down, and allow him to cover his prior short positions.  Then if these higher sell orders start getting filled, he'll re-evaluate and decide whether to cover quickly, or keep trying to enforce the short position.

I love the low float we've got, however the low volume yesterday made it possible for this ONE guy to manipulate the price lower.  The solution is easy.  Just buy broker 79's asks today and we'll be back up in the $1.80's.

SIDENOTE: I remember broker 79 trying his best to short RTI in the $0.60's.  Didn't work then, and it won't work here either.  Probably a coincidence that it's the same broker, but it would be funny if it really was the same guy!

Ooooh man, did you see that dump he did alll the way down to $1.55? I almost feel bad for him.  He's trying so desperately.  But there are so many buyers wanting in.  Hate to break it to him, he's screwed.

give it time and this stock can climb back to the $2 range that it was recently.

If the so called shorter has minimum savy he'd use multiple brokers.

Well interestingly enough, 79 has realized this is going up and has been slowly covering his position.  He's got a large bid at $1.51 which just isn't gonna happen.  And when this breaks, he'll be buying up all of the $1.60's asks.  Interestingly I'm also seeing a ton of anonymous buying in the latter half of the day.  People are realizing this is the end of ...more

Someone should have told Broker 79 that when VIDA did their IPO at 40 cents the timing was bad. The 40 cent price was set before CB bought into WEED for 20%, then ISOL and others had their big run up. The guys at VIDA could have been jerks and said lets redo the IPO at $1.50 or $2 bucks but they decide not to. So we are very lucky to be getting it at this price. Had they did the IPO at $1.50 with ...more

Yes indeed. Was very happy to see a fill yesterday @ 1.50. And having an average of .34 feels great considering the IPO was at .40.   Check their Instagram too it’s looking solid. Can’t wait for product to hit the shelves and watch this puppy grow for years to come.

I'm assuming you mean an avg of $1.34?  Can't see how it could possibly be $0.34.  That's great though..  I did my first buy at $0.84, and have been buying the dips on the way up.  So my avg is now $1.16.  Obviously, it would have been ideal to buy everything at once at $0.84, but there have been so many updates since I first bought, which have convinced me to ...more

No I meant .34. I bought at .80 then sold enough around 2$ to leave me with feee shares (I learned my lesson from ISOL that it was going to come back down) then I added some more yesterday @1.50 but not more than I already had so core free shares plus some more @ 1.50 leaves me with an average of .34 going forward. I also only buy companies that excite me and to hold especially if it goes down in ...more

@Isaygolf is saying. He bought in at 80 cents and sold at $2 that gives him $1.20 profit. Using that money to buy at $1.50 works out to a .30 cent actual cost from his princple amount. I always wanted to try selling at a top but get scared it might run away from me after I sell. @Isaygolf, when you say you only buy companies that excite you, do you have set rules that you look at like management ...more

if this comnpany is as good as i belive it to be then no matter who this buyer/seller it this thing will break through the $2 price very soon unless this person controls the entire float. as long as their is more buyers than sellers this thing will only go up!! i look forrward to enjoying that ride!!
