This is over sold on a minimal dilution financing. VIDA has only 41M shares outstanding + Warrants. Peanuts compare to ISOL and others. I’m not sure if this is bad news at all sonce we are currently trading bellow the offering. This is a bargain at 1.20 solid and we could very well close at yesterday 1.30. Panic sets in and everybody jumps.

I agree that the oil industry was killed by dilution. But remember that was during a $100 a barrel to a $40 a barrel drop.
