This PP should close today right? Perhaps a mid - day news release about that is in the works. This is being held down and I just hope managemenet has not been sitting on their a*s this whole time.

Same here. Once the bought deal closes today we should start getting news. I hope the JV with VIDA is still a part of the plan with this merger announced today.
