NO Acceleration clause , was wondering the same here . Found out from IR that there is NO acceleration clause cool

awesome, thank you for the info. did you read the NR? it did reference an acceleration clause. i'm not sure if that is standard in the event that they include one but perhaps doesn't necessarily mean there is one.

Yes, seen the same and couldn’t find it in the text , I did however get it right from the horses mouth, NO acceleration clause

There is no acceleration clause for the publicly traded warrants. But if you’re doubting the info you get on stockhouse just fire a quick email to IR@phivida.com.

I scoured that document, searched key words etc, can find no mention at all of a accelarator clause. Can't hurt to buy a few just the same.
