Yes while all the other stocks enjoyed a week of gains thanks to the senate passing final reading on legalizing Pot VIDA languished with barely a blip. Level 2 quotes show no interest either way with any large bid or dump pushing the price 10 cents in either direction. As best as I can determine, their address is in a ~10 story office building that has regular offices and also virtual offices offered on their website.  I think that means there's someone to answer the phone and relay messages and take care of book work. There's no indication which kind they utilize.
