PHVAF on verge of major breakout

Knocking on that 83-85 cent area as they prepare the national launch of their CBD teas and waters through NSS in September.  Break that area and $1+ could come quick.  I believe this could be a $5+ stock in time.  Especially if Diageo makes a major investment in WeedMD and/or Phivida.  Even if they don't, it'll be a big endorsemen tof the segment.
