Why are some ridiculing an individual for selling shares in this company? The “insider “ Bellfontaine” is in a far better position to determine whether to hold his shares or cash in right here. It took me some digging to find out what this guy already knows... this company has no prospects. Absolutely nothing.

Filing a prospectus is very expensive. There are legal, tax, regulatory and accounting fees. It's not cheap. He does not have a salary from Phivida and his company is not going public. He has shares but no other gainful employment (to my knowledge). Is he broke? Looks like it. Heavy fees to pay? Looks like it. It appears that he can only support himself with shares. He has a lot of shares left ...more

Until management arranges an institutional or another large private investor to agree to a set price to take out his hares or at least a large block...we're left at the whim of him selling to support his livelihood. He seems content to sell at these levels...at such low volume, we can't move higher. I'm nibbling/adding here. Watch for large volume coming in as a sign we may finally ...more
