Legality question

I apologize if this question was asked before.

But, is it legal to put CBD in drinks. I thought the FDA disallowed it.

Yes You just can't make any health claims at the moment until the FDA approves it

CBD is not allowed in food or drinks. https://www.cnbc.com/2019/04/02/fda-sets-first-hearing-on-legalizing-cannabis-compound-cbd.html This was supposed to lead to a surge in consumer products infused with the cannabis compound.
