Wikala and Republik Cannabis
So Republik Cannabis was incorporated in March of this year and amalgamated with Wikala. You can look up Wikala's incorporation info in the Canadian government business website. Interestingly the board members of Republik were invloved with Phivida earlier on. They are the managing directors of Hillcrest Merchant Partners.
I'm sure there is a reasonable explanation for this. Maybe that's how M&A are done? It seems shady to me.

I was wondering if this was going to be a deal with a “friend”. Hoping the update later today makes me more comfortable as I’m in pretty deep on this one. Sounds like something ISOL would do right now.
