Safeway is waiting on fda direction.  Phivida been transparent about this.   Deal still exists.  Gonna be game changer when in stores.  Estimates 2 months

As others have said, Safeway is waiting on FDA clarity &/or state bills to pass. However, other retailers have jumped on board already, some of which are actually bigger than Safeway and have further global reach.  The company and the retailers are keeping it ambiguous until FDA/state-by-state regulations are in place.  It does speak volumes that these established retailers are ...more
