Will close once vote is completed. There are usually behind the scenes details that need to be sorted out between the 2 merging entities.  Normally major share holders will be wanting to sort out issues that they object to, or want to have in the deal. Wait and see. VIDA will mirror CHOO for the time being, but as you have note, it is still a premium, actually a huge premium. :) Best ...more
