Should dividend out NFG shares to shareholders

Holding companies always trade at a substantial discount to their NAV and 50% ...like Pali..is not u usual.

So, why not allow shareholders to realize the full value of their NFG investment here by dividending those shares out to shareholders .

Otherwise, we are paying operating expenses that offer no benefits .
