There was 183,000 bid at 2.50....

It got sold into with one sale of 183,000.... not sure what time it was. But at 11:30 CST it was still showing as the latest trade at 2.50.

I wonder whose buying, and who's selling?

We know an insider has been buying, and lately it's been at 2.50
