New private placement
Today’s private placement is a good sign that both uranium and lithium projects are very much alive. I think this is very positive for the Plu shareholders going forward.

PP is a good thing but why such a low price??? - .95$ - the stock has not traded this low for months.

It seems they were waiting for the outcome of the election to set the price. As Aduviri was elected buyers demanded a better price. It's not a coincidence management tried to lift the stock yesterday with the PR about western extension of Falchani.

If the warrants are exercised which are @1.25 per share, the average price will be $1.10 which is around the share price of Plu for the last month average.
