APPEAL Presidential Resolution N° 0464-2019-INGEMMET/PE

I wonder if the Presidential Resolution N° 0464-2019-INGEMMET/PE has been published by PLU so we can know the complete list of the 32 mining properties that are under risk. It would be good that all can see an overlapping map showing that 32 mining properties under risk. 

If the Mining Council denies the claim this June, then PLU shall go to a Peruvian Court with the claim, and that action would take @ 5 years to get a judicial decision. I wonder what would be the legal status of such 32 properties in the mean time such judicial proceeding is not finally over?

Can PLU still move forward with any permit (for exploration or exploitation/environmental within such 32 properties), as are subject to a judicial proceeding???

any thoughts about the consequences of it...

The complete list and the map (1) have been posted here several times. It would be contradictory for PLU to publish that information because then somebody could ask "why didn't they published it before"; if they are right in thinking that the risk of losing these claims is zero, then publishing this information could lead many investors to make wrong decisions and incur in ...more

Are you as confident as you once were that the claims will be declared in good standing?

Yes, I am, up to date we haven't had any news that increase or decrease the likelihood of claims remaining in good standing. That, said, I still think the chances of claims being expired are 10-15%.
