Apparently yes, as they were halted at exactly the same time. CYP was halted too, but 15 minutes later.

My guess is that American Lithium (a wildly overvalued company with an unviable asset) is trying to pick up PLU, (an undervalued company with a viable asset). No way is this happening. Cornerstone investors and management together hold 50% of PLU, and I doubt there is any figure American Lithium could throw out there that will make them bite.  Nice try though...
