Andrew Bowering talked about PLU acquisition

In a recent interview with "First Glance", American Lithium's Founder and Director Andrew Bowering referred to the deal with PLU (mark 10:45). It seems Mr. Stefan and the technical team (consultants) behind PLU had strong incentives to support the deal.

Last week we announced a major acquisition. We have bought another lithium company, it's called Plateau Energy and also trades on the exchange, PLU is its symbol. But we have made an all stock bid for that company to get a hold of its assets in Peru. They have a big lithium deposit in Peru and they have a big uranium deposit in Peru, and the third most important part of them is that they have a major technical and engineering team that we wanted to mix with our group at American Lithium. So now we're diversifying two ready for market assets in lithium, one in uranium, and a major engineering team all to come together under one roof and build a multi-faceted lithium producer. (...) So, with that, there's a bit of a change in the team I'm bringing on (...) We're bringing in Laurence Stefan who is the interim CEO at Plateau to be the new President and CEO, and a whole engineering team beneath him, several other consultants that have been in lithium game for years, and so there'll be a big push to go to production in the next two or three years.

This will be a massive, massive mistake for American Lithium. Not tin aking the project, but in leaving the Peru management in charge of the combined entity. You heard it here first. Fatal error. These are the very same people who are being investigated by the OSC, who lost key assets and destroyed millions in shareholder value. It all was done out of the Lima office. Insane decision.
