I did a Google and BRX couldn't have done a worse job of getting this NR disseminated. All I could come up with is this partial NR from Stockwatch re Jerry Hale having resigned.
I have to say that Jerry Hale is a good and solid guy who deserved a whole lot better than what he and his friends ultimately received from RR. He did his best, but ultimately, without his having his hand on the tiller - or giving it to somebody who is competent (as I urged him to work towards on more than one occasion), the resulting disaster was never in doubt, IMHO.

Brixton Energy Corp.'s Jerry Hale has resigned as a director and an officer of the board, effective immediately. Mr. Hale states: "After a decade of being on the board of directors for Brixton Energy Corp. I have come to the realization that due to my age of 71 years, the time has come for me to step down. I'd like to take this opportunity to personally thank each one of you for all the hard work you've done and for being a great team to work with. I also wish all the best in the future for Brixton Energy Corp."
The company thanks Mr. Hale for his valuable contributions to the company, and wishes him success in his future endeavours.
Until such time as suitable replacement has been selected, the board will continue with four directors.
