Really sad thing is that she has the lack of morals and is selling what she never should of owned in the first place......unfortunately the longer I watch the venture the more i see of this.....people getting hundreds of thousands of shares for doing really nothing for the share holders!

I have pretty much lost all hope in this company and it's management.  What a joke.  All these properties and they can't make a go of anything, even with oil above $100/barrel.  I don't think they could tap a keg at a frat party, much less drill a well.  If their properties have any value at all, the best thing would be for someone to come along and just buy the ...more

The problem here is that although BRX has millions in tax credits, they have a huge, whopper of a debt.  It is a very ugly situation.   Jim

I see things are in motion. Thats a smart move picking up 75% that gives them a nice cashflow of 300 barrels of month so gross proceeds of 30k not bad eh. I see movement in the Peace river since those 2 wells had oil results why not take a stab and try to get back in there or drill around there. At 1.5 cents maybe its a steal. I will keep looking for news.
