If I were out 100K I would be upset too.  I'm not trying to argue with but all of the things you mention are reasons you think a stock will go up.They are not the reason we buy. They are the things we look for before we put our money in. But we put up the money to make more money and we make more money when the stock go's up and we sell. So the only reason to buy a stock is you think it will go up.

 Good luck to all

passedaround2012....I'm quite certain I know what I meant...the reasons I gave were all good reasons that a company has growth potential (ie. a good foundation) To buy a stock because "I think it might go up" is a bad idea....there has to be reasoning to it and there is no reason for me to believe that this stock has anything of substance because they have a terrible track record ...more

Why did the company change its name from Pemberton to Brixton anyway?  At least Pemberton drilled two wells and ran up to over 60 cents. Of course the ERCB reclaimed them... Maybe the ERCB reclaimed my Clinch shares.
