On March 24.2008

An analyst's upgrade is helping to boost shares of PMC-Sierra Inc. Monday morning, together with the broader market's surge on positive news from the investment banking world.Shares of the Santa Clara, Calif., company, which makes communications semiconductors, are up 60 cents, or 11.1 percent, to $6.
 6 looks like resisitance. Since then shares have lower highs and are trending lower
