Why rush in?

When I think of the best investors in the marketplace it always comes back to the same philosophy….invest in quality companies that make money.     I never see any of those people advise to invest in an unproven products or technologies.   I understand that this is penny stocks and some just throw small amounts of investment capital at these on a hope and a prayer….but I still don't see the point of jumping in before the companies prove themselves.   There will then still be plenty of money to be made after it is proven and an investment is much safer with much less risk of losing ones money.   One of the best things an investor can do is to guard against loses.   That will keep one in the game.

Anyone that tries to get others to throw money at an unproven investment is only concerned with getting his shares to a higher price at which point they may well dump them....and often times do...leaving the others to lose if the company fails.

Just my thoughts and all IMHO.
