Why is Colombia oil declining more ?

Why are Colombian oil companies declining more sharply than other national oils?  Is there something going on with the election that is negatively effecting Colombian oil companies?  Any ideas?

PMG dropping like a stone even though other Colombian Oil stocks are going up.What's going on???
