No Big Deal

Trying to shake out the nervous nellies?

Stay focused on the upcoming quarterly.  This is just a blip.

How do you explain the reserves depletion of over 14%. They have total 2P now of only 51 million BBLS verses 60 million BBLs in 2010. PRE had a 52% increase in reserves to over 400 million BBLS and even Gran tierra had a 32 % increase in reserves to over 40 million BBLs of 2P. To add insult to injury their production for January was 5000 BBLs per day less than the 2011 average Frankly a pathetic ...more

I'ts pretty dissapointing.  I was lucky and got out with some profit.  I learnd lessons of never buy a stock going down.  Not to try to fish for bottom. I think you could see a bounce for some profit but to me the hart looks like this will go down lower.  I was looking for a play to park some money in oil but unfortunately its not here.   GLTA who stay on

Losing half a billion in market cap is a good thing?  Get a grip.  I've seen a similar post on the SNC forum.  Shaking out the nellies from $53 to $48! weeks ago. Great!  And more shaking today!  Down to $37. SUPER!  At what point does it become so glaringly obvious that something is wrong and it's time to move on??? Check out v.RDA .05-1c, I guess all the ...more

No question this is bad, but not catastrophic. Company future does not hang on one mishap or set of results, but it will absolutely dog the share price despite > cash flow from $110WTI. I just sold - held too much anyway - which probably means the shares found a temp bottom - haha Luck to all

Sold today for a lot less profit than I anticipated I would make, but I have no trust in the management team. They are producing 15 million BBLs per year and only have 2P reserves of 51 million. That leaves them with just over three years of production and the poor performance of additions leads one to wonder what the heck did the management team do all year? They are up against it in my opinion ...more
