Oil is up, PMG down setting new 52 week low! Whats up with this stock, compare PMG with PBN and you see a $4 swing in share price between the two in the last month! Is management sleeping...

The only thing I could find is a bloomberg article which said they had some issues in Columbia with protests.  IR told me that it is not that big a deal, they are storing the oil.

If this is the reason its down, probably a good buying opportunity. Found an article (below) that indicates the production they are losing is only 500 bbl/day. Also the exploration well that they've delayed is one of their heavy oil wells.
