Petrominerales finally fnds some oil in Peru and thy make the statement that it will take 18 months to figure out if it wil be commerciall viable. Does this mnagement team have the ability to lead this company out of this precipitice fall rom the sky? They sure don't seem to be in a hurry to do anythng and production contnues to keep falling? Where are the board mmbers? Can you say Fuduciary Duty? Why have hey not done something / anything?

Just crossed my mind a possibility of the share buy-back program being integrated into a pump-and-dump scheme. Just a feeling.
