what happened over the last 2 years?

I got in at $5.90 a couple of days ago.   Great Div.  good prospects, and at this price a good buy.  My question what was it that made folks think it was worth $39 two years back?   and what happened?  Was this a small company that got pumped way beyond its expectations,  or a big company worth $39 that hit some disasters?

anyone ?
