Irritating Ads on Stockhouse Board.

As I attempted to reply to a fine post here, i was unable to do it as an advertisment  by Stockhouse blocked the reply button.
Did anyone have a similar problem?
BTW other stock boards were OK, only Pembina seems to be affected.

I believe the ($.37) reflects one time write-downs. I am far more interested in the Q3 $1.01 going forward.
Comment by Dibah420 on Feb 10, 2022 10:40am
darb.  And you may well be right.  I was responding to several posts by stockmarket1 back in early Feb when he was asking why PPL sinks and drags like a slug while oil goes through the roof and ENB makes repeated highs..etc It may be a good teaching moment for most of us to distinguish between EPS, P/E going forward and EPS, P/E  TTM.
Comment by bttmfischer on Feb 10, 2022 2:11pm
So true. TTM is especially telling, although its current date is important. Comparing PPL to ENB is not very useful. PPL only moves hydrocarbons, while Enbridge markets them as well.

may i ask what is 'TTM'? Total To Month?
Comment by Wiky on Feb 13, 2022 10:07am
Hi mrbb,  this is ttm... Trailing 12 months (TTM) is a term used to describe the past 12 consecutive months of a company's performance data, that's used for reporting financial figures.

thanks.

mrbb, sorry to take so long, To get a pretty good description of TTM, go to the Investopedia website. It has a good discussion on it and it gives example,on how it can be of help, Good luck.
