Management Failures

Looking at what your Company has reported in the past about their upcoming achievements in proteins and their present situation it is easy to say your management have no business experience in the area of pharmaceutical collaborations. The key notification is when they voted themselves a ridiculous compensation package. My experience in this area is have them paid based on their performance and not what they continually boast about and never achieve. We remain on the sidelines and watch for a 7 cent financing.

This is something I think could pursued further in the new year. Do you have any examples of companies that are or have used this formula where their CEO , President are paid based on performance. Just wondering if it has worked out and how is it structured.   Thanks in advance.
