Good question, because it made me think. I don't think it is great, yet, because it would have to prove out at least once to qualify.  But if it does then looking back we're all going say how great we knew it was. I like the logic of the synthetic or math based approach, I like it a lot more than starting from some natural chemical that has demonstrated beneficial effect on a symptom ...more

Don't know if anyone ever had a chance to watch  a great, slow paced sci-fi movie called "PRIMER" from 2004 which was about some college grads inventing some gizmo that allowed them to time travel by short periods. What impressed me the most from this movie was the attention/effort placed in explaining the science behind time travel and why it was possible, to the extent that ...more

The same except that one depends on the 2nd law of thermodynamics being wrong (in addition to its paradoxical problems) where the other depends on it being right.
