Nothing cryptic about the trend of the warrant terms though, Goldstein has gone from 0 warrants to 1/4 for 2 years,1/2 at 2 and then 5 years, and now a full warrant per share for 5 years.  The guy is an absolute failure at financing and a gowing liabiility to the company. His loyalty is now purely Trump level self-interest and everyone who might have considered investing can see it, which

This company has no debt to my knowledge, so I think bankruptcy is not a risk at this point at all.

They didn't have to exercise those warrants now.. so any cash going into coffers is welcome

True, there's no bankruptcy threat imminent because there is no debt. But we could run out of cash any time and does anyone here seriously believe Gene and Elliot would not shut down operations (again) before gaining their last paycheck?
