If you think you're cynical enough then you're naive

We know where the money is on this decision so for any shareholders who still believe integrity might get in the way of an FDA conditional approval I suggest looking at the Ivermectin situation, and then imagine how this pharma-regulator-media-finance system deals with pesky break-through venture companies like PMN.  In a way Gene and Elliot are right: they understand the real problem facing PMN because they're promoters of it.

Merck and the FDA are in lockstep on downplaying the efficacy of this off-patent drug, which is why it garners no media attention in the US.  The more you look into it, the more collusion you will find. I thought it was BS to start but it didn't take much digging to change my mind. And just like the lab leak hypothesis the evidence continues to pile up on one side while corporate profit and misdirection piles up on the other.

You hit that one right on the head M101. Collusion and corruption in the pharmaceutical industry is like a pandemic and anyone who thinks differently does not know how much money U.S lobbyists make. By the way PMN will not issue another 300 million shares like one poster suggests, rather they have given first right of refusal to the FSG group for up to 50 million and no share price was established ...more

It can be depressing but it also implies the main reason* why Promis has never been able to raise cash at a decent price despite the lab success.  *greater than our consultants' incompetence and greed. The Ivermectin situation is not unique but it is special, it's the penicillin of viral drugs but it costs nothing so pharma is trying to bury it with every shovel they can find.  ...more

Absolutely not, Big Pharma is in the business of making money and you should be to or let some financial institution buy you mutual funds. Great call for us to recommend buying Biogen calls.

TB, ... I confess that I have not done much DD on the "Shelf Prospectus", but can you tell me where the first right of refusal to the FSG group for up to $50 M is mentioned? TIA ... G1945V
