The site coming back up is a GREAT development.  It seems like you can buy the kits from Canada or the US.  And they have doctor requisition forms as well.  If this test is covered by insurance in some cases, and research programs in other cases, I suspect that market alone will make the JV cashflow positive rather quickly.
