Not Junk but Magic
This is former public company CFO talk. Market capitalization today is 306M shares at $.195 CN which is $59.7M market cap. Tomorrow or Wednesday after close of the new financing, market cap is 415M shares at lets say $.195 which is $80.9 market cap and would be above an important threshold of $75M CN market cap. That is math and Magic. This would enable us to meet eligibility requirements to use the MJDS system which is for Canadian issuers to avoid reconciliation to US GAAP requirements and register with the SEC. A reverse split to meet NASDAQ per share price rquirements and we could be listed on the NASDAQ market. Then we have new analysts covering Promis and we have institutional fund managers buying our stock. I believe this could be the upcoming scenario for Promis. This is my belief of what could happen and could possibly be done in a few months.

Sounds like a good plan B, given that plan A (producing a saleable product) doesn't seem to be happening, cause you know "not first in class"

I am surprised with how well the share price is holding, despite the massive dilution at 16 cents and warrants. I was hoping to buy more shares at 16 cents, but I have doesn't look like that will happen.

I already have enough shares, I only intended to buy more if it's at a discount or if there's significant news.

Everyone loves a sale, especially afterwards when the regular price returns. You're in lab work, what do you think the next lab news is?

Pretty sure we were talking about .16 Canadian there, it's still the default currency on this board.
