Shareholders Beware

Glass Lewis was paid to say they recommend a consolidation. Lets look at this Boards track record, first they said partnering deals are close and they are in discussions, that was over a year ago, lie number one. Then they said the IND for PMN 310 would be complete in 2020, lie number two. Then they said they listen to shareholders and would not dilute the stock for unnecessary purposes, lie number three, they gave themselves huge wages. Then when shareholders were so disgusted with Goldstein he said he would leave the Company, now Gene places him as President, lie number four. Now the biggest lie of them all a consolidation of 30 to 60 to one and we are supposed to trust these people. They do everything for themselves and do not give a dam about shareholders. I recommend saying NO to a huge consolidation and ask them what have they done to increase shareholder value since they came to this Company, NOTHING.

Hey TB, Weren't you all excited and saying September was going to be huge ?? And they said Nasdaq listing was priority back in March and reverse split is the only way unless the share price goes up 1000% which we knew won't happen. I understand everyone was hoping for a new face as ceo , but if they have been heading the company until this stage why would they give up their positions at

TopBroker/goldtech has also said he's an elite financial Wall St.-type. He has said that he doesn't own any shares, and that he was simply asked by a friend to give an analysis of PMN. This was many months ago, and yet, he's still here. Don't put a lot of 'stock' into anything TopBroker/goldtech says.

And you didn't spot any of that BS in the reasons given for the ratio being so high?  7 million shares= greater liquidity? $10 shares attract a better class of investor?  Have you ever wondered if trickle down economics was BS?  MAGA! ?

Everyday I come here for a chuckle, it's only a matter of time when we will all be Awarded for our Patience!

What's the difference. There's nothing we can do about it. They'll do what they want - even despite TopBroker/goldtech's ad nauseum demands for management's head.  At the end of the day, it's a penny stock, and it's a gamble. At least they seem to be making actual progress towards starting PMN310 clinicals. I'll take what I can get with this stock. If it turns

I've got millions of shares and I just voted them against. I can only hope others do the same so the board can try again with a reasonable ratio.

M101, let's put this into perspective; Million shares equals $200,000.00 I actually don't believe you have Millions of Shares when in the past you have stated the opposite.   Should have Invested all that "Money" into Tesla or GME instead of crying like a Baby on this Forum ;) Cheers Babe!
