Before a PR we see above average Volume and the SP dips to 0.12 and today after the PR we are at 0.14

This Company is committing Fraud in the Open!

For those that have a few brain cells left, look at the following FACTUAL DATA; 8 out of 10 times there is a Press Release, the DAY BEFORE their is an incredible amount of NEGATIVE Volume and the next Day their is some Stupid PR that increases the SP by a few Cents and then back down again. David, you are losing it. Gene is designated as an insider. Outside Promis attorneys in consultation with the BOD sets up trading windows for insiders. They can be very restrictive. Further, they most likely cannot trade unless they consult with the Outside Promis attorney. The cannot buy or sell when they have confiential material information.
