Do you really think that the IND filing will move the price that much? My feeling is that only after Phase I results are reported will we see a substantial change....hopefully in the right direction.

The FDA recieves about 1500 IND filings a year. So folks hanging there hats on this i don't think means much. If approved by year end they are going need with no partner more money to go into the clinic. Scope it out to go into the clinic you have to recruit people takes how many months? Then phase 1 results will take how long and don't expect Promis to have any other diagnostic testing

There are 18000 employees at the FDA. The 1.5-2 years is made up by farmer. He is always worried about running out of money and wanting partners to come on board. If future funding is coming from these billionaires then you know the stock price isn't going anyplace. The solution going forward is share dilution and the fix is in.
