total liabilities dropped by $8M in H1

People complaining about cash burn... should consider the change in liabilities... dropped by $8M... that is good news imo.

Debentures also converted to preferred shares now.  Boston Group is in it to win it.

Have to chuckle about Eugene's comments on Eiasi/Biogens new drug that read out's could be a catalyst for the the Alzheimers field. Heard that a couple of years ago about Biogen Aducamab was actually approved earlier by FDA what happened Promis stock went down. Eugene and Elliott must be getting tired of repeating the same old stuff. What's this discovery lab mentioned is it a new lab ...more

Yup. And same old Gene, same old $US financing price. Not a coincidence.

Gbathat dude you been saying the same thing for years, stop spreading bs!

AZ, you can sling arrows, BS and misinformation all day long at Promis and us shareholders. Your scare tactics are not going to work. We have the goods and apparently nobody else does. My 35k shares dwarf your short position. Borrow my shares if you have an Etrade account. Go ahead attack me. I am a sophisticated and informed investor in contrast to your daily drivel and lack of understanding ...more

Bballs the bigger liar of them all, anyone can check your post history and know right away you are spreading false rumors ever since you joined. PMN will never succeed and you are too deeply invested and have lost money so now you are lying to people.

He's a useful idiot, attracting traders at this point would be counterproductive. The status quo is working for anyone accumulating, at least until the IND filing. Maybe then it will be time to retire Gene's promotional strategy, and AZ can start pumping instead.

Do you really think that the IND filing will move the price that much? My feeling is that only after Phase I results are reported will we see a substantial change....hopefully in the right direction.

The FDA recieves about 1500 IND filings a year. So folks hanging there hats on this i don't think means much. If approved by year end they are going need with no partner more money to go into the clinic. Scope it out to go into the clinic you have to recruit people takes how many months? Then phase 1 results will take how long and don't expect Promis to have any other diagnostic testing ...more

Now the nervous Farmer is spreading some manure. The FD receives 200 original investigational new drug applications per quarter which is 800 per year. The 1500 mentioned by farmer is incorrect. There are 18000 employees at the FDA. The 1.5-2 years is made up by farmer. He is always worried about running out of money and wanting partners to come on board. You should have got it by now that we are ...more

bballize, 2021 IND filings FY 1521 google it. Promis presentation page 34 poised for read outs over the next 2-3 years. If future funding is coming from these billionaires then you know the stock price isn't going anyplace. The solution going forward is share dilution and the fix is in. Someone let the regulators know that Promisneurosciences is not run by a BOD's but by the Boston group ...more

Nasdaq listing was premature as all it did was further dilute shareholders wealth and made the Boston Group hold more. Go back 2 Years and study all the PR's and you will notice they are cheating the common shareholder. Mark my words; There will never be a small time Canadian Company that will solve ALS or Dementia. NEVER. There are TONS of companies DECADES ahead of PMN. Thank GOD I sold ...more

You troll stockhouse looking for someone who agrees with your views and crave attention. As you are on the wrong site for your needs, go to oh baby.com and find a boyfriend over there and leave the investors in peace.

Goldtech, there are many people on this forum that agree with my stance, it's not my fault you guys lost tons of money investing in a Promis made by Promis. Boston Group played us, simple as that.
Comment by G1945V on Aug 19, 2022 4:02pm
Can you explain how the Boston Group has played us? G1945V

Farmer, how long does it take for the FDA to approve an investigational new drug application? Answer: "The IND becomes effective 30 days after the stated FDA receipt date unless the FDA sends notification otherwise". Wow, not 3 or 6 or 9 months or 2-3 years.    Oh by the way, my 800 number is correct for new investigational drugs applications per year. I try to be precise. Your ...more
