As usual, the story continues , ask yourself if they really intend to move PMN310 INTO CLINICAL trial. This cash was rised to pay their big pay checks , that's it. They should take advantage of the momentum around Mab instead the're still doing nothing , how come they still haven't presented an IND to the FDA after all those years? Can someone answer?

Disappointing, yes, due to dilution and not filing IND until end of this CY.  How long does the IND review take?  Ugh.   Surprising, no, not the dilution part.  Other similar companies have much larger war chests, so I've been expecting dilution heading into phase I.  It would be nice to see the private placement at a higher pps, but at least we are still moving

With cash in the bank of approx $9Mil as of June 2022,... with a cash burn of approx $15/yr.... and only raising approx $7.5 Mil.... and the IND expected in sometime in 2023, (Q1?, Q2? Q3?), ... we may just see another PP before filing any IND as I see it. There may be more disappointment to follow! jmo G1945V

WRONG, iND filed in December and clinical 1to start no later then February. No private placements to happen before results of 1A.

To be even more specific..they were asked if they thought they could get the IND out before the end of November  clinical  trial conference , where the companies that just reported positive results were going to be the feature presenters ... the answer was " don't think so but most likely before end of December ... we should also keep,in mind that when we were getting this info,

So not to worry , there still is a lot of time for  those people on this SH site to who have no,other purpose then to complain about things to express  them selves,  kind of reminds me a the guys that eat pickles and drink beer and then spend the next few days suffering in discomfort and making sure everyone around them knows whatbthe are experiencing.
