Very slim buying, even compared to mid year insider buying on the Nasdaq listing. For the most part just the two directors over the year Williams and Kirwin, the other directors non-existent.  Getting close to a 5 year low, with really no news since the spring with the exception of minimum regulatory requirements. Could it be that the sophisticated buyers and sellers on the Nasdaq that bball ...more

So three insiders bought approximately $40,000 of Promis stock including the new CEO. It was slim for two reasons. Likely a limited trading window set by Company legal council. Secondly, Insiders are prohibited from buying more than 20 or 25% of Average Daily Trading Volume which was approximately 1000 shares, with average daily volume of 4-5000 shares a day, I believe it is a 30 day average ...more
